Highlights of the last few years
· Placed about 800 people - for entry level / junior & middle management
· Mass scale Campus Recruitment drive at close to 100 institutions across the country
· Admininstered tests (created in-house) on approx. 3000 candidates across the country, & interviewed close to similar number. High final selection success ration by bank (approx 50%)
· Conducted employability based tarining in retail banking: in process for other financial services
· Skills enhancement at Campus for Job-readiness
· Developed the Retail Baking content & other BFSI content
· Trained approx. 700+ candidates from private & public sector banks/ NBFC
2011-12:
Mass scale recruitment for Probationary Officers, Clerical Staff & Marketing Executives for Private sector bank. Campus Recruitments for Managers.
June 2011:
Elements Training & Advisory Services changes its logo.
Oct 2010:
Besides training activity, ETAS picks up speed on placement activity.....
Sept 2010:
ETAS concludes its job-oriented retail bank training - CCRB III - and successfully places all participants as Service Officers with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
July 2010:
ETAS conducts training on 'Insurance & Wealth Management' to the Investment Sales Team of L&T Finance at Mumbai. Others programmes conducted were to IDBI Bank employees- Branch Heads & Retail Asset Product and Sales team.
ETAS also facilitated 'The 3E Workshop' to the employees of Tourism Finance Corporation of India through Idam Learning.
May & June 2010:
ETAS conducts training programmes for Dhanlaxmi Bank, IDBI Bank on 'Selling of Banking Products', and a session on Banking Industry Overview for Kotak Mahindra Bank.
April 2010:
ETAS organises 3 days Selling Skills programme, facilitated by Idam Learning, for the Business Development Executives of Axis Bank.
March 2010:

Elements Training & Advisory Services offers to train candidates shortlisted for PSU Bank interviews on how to face the interview. Not just interview skills but also a brief on the banking industry to provide an edge - the differentiating factor - to get the job!
December 09:
ETA's Certificate Course in Retail Banking (CCRB) commenced on 1st December 2009 and concluded on 14th. The candidates have now been successfully placed as Assistant Managers in a Pvt. Sector Bank.
Says Sandhya Gupta, a participant: "I now have good knowledge in retail banking, and the programme was much more than expected".
The candidates underwent intensive Retail Banking sessions and had the opportunity to interact with 2 senior guest speakers from the Banking and Insurance industry. They also underwent soft skills training and took a real life exposure of a Kotak Mahindra Bank branch for a few hours.
November 09:
Candidates of ETA's October batch of Certificate Course in Retail Banking (CCRB), which commenced on 9th Oct 09, fully placed with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Besides intensive focus on retail banking, the programme also entailed a half-day bank visit and soft skills training.
Neha Dhankhar, a participant in the CCRB programme says: "The training session of 2 weeks in Retail Banking was overall a very good experience and has helped a lot in my career. The presentations and the trainer's way of presentation were very good".
